Helen Hunt wears H&M green dress on Oscars red carpet

As Good As It Gets actress Helen Elizabeth Hunt knows exactly how good it gets when you adopt eco-friendly apparels – even when one does it once in a blue moon. Just recently, at the 2013 Oscars red carpet, she was spotted donning an H&M strapless, sustainably-designed gown, which further flaunted jewels worth $700,000.

The winner of four Emmy awards, four Golden Globe awards, two Screen Actors Guild awards and an Oscar, Helen has been nominated again this time for best-supporting actress. Talking about what she labels as the most beautiful dress she tried on, Helen expresses satisfaction since the brand, i.e. H&M, has collaborated with Global Green USA for its garment recycling program. The aforementioned agreement has helped H&M to reduce its textile waste.

While explaining to E! host Ryan Seacrest, Helen said that the navy-blue gown feels comfortable to wear: “I’m not in my sweat pants but I do feel pretty good.
