French designer Ivan Camillo Rodriguez has come up with a couple of green ideas to transform second hand products into valuable home décor stuff. Basing his designs on Indian markets, the designer seeks to breathe new life into discarded bicycle parts like pedals and seats by morphing them into aesthetically appealing coat hangers and chairs.
Bikhat
His first idea, dubbed Bikhat, utilizes trashed bicycle pedals. Through his sheer art and imagination, he converts the second hand stuff into a coat rack, which, aside from being a usable product, will add a definitive charm to your home décor. Ivan replaced the pedal with wooden handles to realize the coat racks.
Cycle Chair
The second conception, Cycle Chair is made from several discarded bicycle seats. The fixing system is extremely simple and efficient, which involves abundant use of metal pipes.
