ISPs. In today’s business environment, businesses compete against constant change. In order to maintain their competitive advantage, they must always be on top of new trends to stay ahead.

What’s next? There is actually a closer relationship between two sides than ever before, even though they may appear to be separate and distinct. “Technology” is on one side, and “people” is on the other. Internet Service Providers increasingly rely on personalization, an area that many companies already specialize in.
