Underground Home to Circumvent Law

Did the planning law limit the height of building your house in your area? And it eventually cast down your planning the house of your dream? No matter, if the restriction is on the land. You have the other end open. Yes, the underground. Architect Alex Michaelis have decided to build his house underground, after the planning law ruled out that no building on his plot of land could exceed the six-foot wall surrounding it. Michaelis neither challenge the law, nor let his desire run down to disappointment. He planned to design an underground, green home instead. The master plan includes solar panels, its own water system from a specially built bore, and a grass roof, to help the building blend into its surroundings. The windows, doors and roof lights came from Denmark, the walls are insulated with thermal wool and there is an under floor heating system.
