Titania Inglis intros Spring 2013 collection for eco fashion lovers

While it’s really heartening to see fashion designers suggesting new ideas to woo the fashion conscious youth, their expertise, however, often fails to meet eco minded buyers’ expectations. However, Titania Inglis belongs to that select league of eco designers who regard sustainability as a vital element of their creations. Just recently, she came up with her collection for Ecco Domani 2012.

The Spring/Summer 2013 collection includes jackets, shorts, maxi curve dress, mini curve dress, tees and shirtdresses. The collection highlights minimalism while ensuring that each dress is perfectly wearable and striking to make heads turn. Locally manufactured in New York from sustainably source fabrics, i.e. French vegetable-tanned leather, Japanese organic cotton and dead stock wool from New York’s garment industry.

Titania, a design graduate from Design Academy Eindhoven and the Fashion Institute of Technology was awarded the 2012 Ecco Domani Fashion Foundation Award in Sustainable Design for his green apparel line.
