has been reported earlier that more than 800 species animal and plant
species face extinction. Whose responsibility is it to conserve them?
May be all! But, where from will the fund come? The richer countries?

The Brazilian President Luis Inacio Lula da Silva has criticized richer
countries for not providing enough money to help preserve the variety
of life on Earth. It is while opening the ministerial meeting of the UN
Convention on Biological Diversity, President Lula made these comments.

should be bearing the main brunt of environmental degradation caused by
unsustainable consumption of resources by the richer world, President
Lula said.
