How did fish move from sea to land millions of years ago? Can this finding help to explain the mystery?

It sounds amazing! – a fish leaping to gulp down a land bug! Yes, that is what scientists have discovered — a fish that can hunt and catch its prey on land. Found in the muddy swamps of the tropics of western Africa, it is the eel catfish, named Channallabes apus.

Propelling itself out of the water, the 30-40cm-long (12-16in) fish can bend its head downwards to capture insects in its jaws. The Belgian researchers reported this finding in the journal Nature. They are optimistic about the solution the discovery can bring in finding the answers to several queries.
