Brock Davis creates appetizingly green, food art from veggies, discarded stuff

Considering the fact that his Flickr set has been getting a new, awesome addition every day since 2009, the Minneapolis-based designer and artist Brock Davis is undeniably one of the most imaginative and consistent creatives of our time. Davis has a peculiar knack for morphing vegetables and other discarded stuff into something as amazing as a treehouse, an album cover or a Stonehenge.

I’ve learned to see the creative potential behind all the little things that we forget about. The objects around the house. The objects around the yard. The objects around town.

Brock Davis’ Food Art is commendable since it’s natural, ingenious and spontaneous enough to leave a never lasting impact. His affiliation to the photo group “Make Something Cool Everyday” is a good enough validation of his highly imaginative creativity.
