Amazon rainforest turning to desert, triggering 'Irreversible' global warming!

Amidst discoveries of underwater sand dunes by the dock of the San Francisco Bay, and that chance of a new ocean of being carved out in Africa, in decades, it has been found that the vast Amazon rainforest can very soon turn into a desert! Can we call all these the dynamism of climate change effects?

If this alarming phenomenon happens, global warming will speed up leading to ‘incalculable consequences’! The process of this catastrophic consequence once reached, would be irreversible and could begin as early as next year!

To worsen, it has been concluded that the forest cannot withstand more than two consecutive years of drought without breaking down. The study is made by the blue-chip Woods Hole Research Centre, carried out in Amazonia.
